Acceptable use
BiZaas may be used to research, organize, capture Work Memory, draft, and coordinate business work. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of decisions, permissions for connected sources, consent for interview capture, and review of external actions.
Customer data
Customer content is handled according to the applicable order form, data-processing terms, and configured workspace policies. Do not submit data you are not authorized to process.
AI outputs
Outputs and captured Work Memory may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs before relying on them, sending them externally, or writing them to a business system.
